About Rogue Hollow
Rogue Hollow is the product of a dream to achieve a small sustainable farm and a longtime love for the Alpine breed.
It all truly began in the late 90's when I was introduced to dairy goats through 4-H. I soon found myself consumed with the need to fill my life with everything goat. I purchased my first Alpine from a breeder, soon to be mentor and friend, Denise Blevins. My very first Alpine was Voomba Mts Libby and I would soon learn how very special she was. Libby taught me so many things and gave me many experiences and accomplishments. Over time I had acquired her mother and a cousin of sorts from there I built quite an accomplished herd. Through life changes I had to close the chapter on my Alpine breeding and milking career. I soon found myself dedicating all of my time to children and other youth through the 4-H program.
Gradually I have been working towards my dream of having a small sustainable farm. There comes a day when you have to make a choice and I chose to take the leap.
Sweet Dreams Magnolia and her half sister Sweet Dreams Peony were the first to call Rogue Hollow home in the late fall of 2022. Spring of 2023 we welcomed our very first kids born to to farm, Rogue Hollow Rosemary and our lead pack goat in training Max.
We are expecting to open our Farm Stand late Summer 2023 by offering Raw Goat Milk and other various goods including some produce. The long term goal is to acquire a dairy license by 2026 and begin producing goat cheese for local retail and off farm sales.
Located in beautiful Southern Oregon, Rogue Hollow proudly calls Grants Pass home.
